Weddings planned properly, on an island most couples only visit once.
LovableFlow plans destination weddings in Phuket for couples marrying away from home — from two-person ceremonies to villa weddings for a hundred guests.
Where to begin
Most couples arrive at a Phuket wedding with the same three questions: what it costs, where it can be held, and whether it will rain. This site answers those first, and sells second.
A wedding quote shouldn't be a mystery. LovableFlow lets you explore choices and see costs as you design, rather than submitting an enquiry and waiting for someone to send a price.
Phuket is a good place to marry and a complicated place to plan from another country. Beaches are public but access is not. Villas look inexpensive until you account for what has to be brought into them. Sunset moves through the year and sets the shape of the day. Season decides how much of your plan needs a second version.
We publish what we know about those decisions in full, then plan the wedding with you. The design and booking process that follows is guided and structured — but the thing you are buying is a wedding, and the people planning it.
Behind the platform
The technology is new. The wedding experience behind it isn't.
LovableFlow grew out of more than a decade of real Phuket wedding planning through Unique Phuket Wedding Planners, where Paul & Supparin have been planning Phuket weddings together since 2012.
Ceremony styles
Start with the kind of wedding, not the venue
Guest count and ceremony style determine which venues are even worth looking at. These are the formats we plan most often in Phuket.
Two people to around 60 seated guests, depending on the beach and the property it belongs to
Beach weddings
A ceremony set on sand, usually late afternoon, followed by drinks and dinner nearby. The setting is the design; almost everything else is about timing, tide and shade.
ReadTwo people, occasionally with two witnesses
Elopements
Just the two of you, a celebrant and a photographer. Short to plan, but the choices matter more, because nothing is hidden behind scale.
ReadTwo to around 40 people, often family only
Vow renewals
No legal process, no paperwork. A renewal is entirely a ceremony of your own design, which usually makes it shorter to plan and more personal to write.
ReadUsually 10–60 people
Thai ceremonies
A morning sequence of blessing rituals with real cultural meaning. It is not decoration, and it works best when the couple understands what each part is for.
Read20–120, capped by the villa's own event limits rather than its bedroom count
Villa weddings
You rent an empty property and build a wedding inside it. Complete privacy and full design control, with more supplier coordination than a resort wedding.
Read10–200, depending on the property's function space
Resort weddings
The property supplies the infrastructure — kitchens, furniture, staff, power, wet-weather space. You gain reliability and lose some design freedom.

Four stages, in a fixed order
Nothing is quoted before the shape of the wedding is settled, because a quote built on guesses is worse than no quote at all.

What actually drives the cost of a Phuket wedding
Guest count, venue structure, food and drink, design ambition and photography account for most of the difference between one Phuket wedding and another.

Choosing when to marry in Phuket
Phuket has a dry season and a monsoon season. Both host weddings. What changes is the weather risk you carry and how much your plan needs a second option.

Planning for rain without planning a worse wedding
Every outdoor wedding in Phuket needs a second plan. The test is simple: would you be happy if it ran?

ReadThe island
Phuket is bigger than it looks on a map
The coast you choose changes the light, the sea conditions, the drive from the airport and what your guests do for the rest of the week.
- The west coast
The west coast faces the Andaman Sea and therefore the sunset. It holds most of Phuket's beach resorts and is where the majority of beach weddings take place.
- Southern Phuket
The south of the island is where the headlands are highest and the private villas most concentrated. It suits couples prioritising privacy and outlook.
- The east coast
The east coast faces Phang Nga Bay. The water is calmer, the light is different, and the properties are typically estate villas and marina-side venues rather than surf beaches.
- Northern Phuket
The north is quieter and closest to the airport. It suits couples who want a settled, low-traffic base rather than a busy resort strip.
When you are ready, we start with a conversation
No pricing pack, no automated quote. We ask about guest numbers, dates and what you want the day to feel like, then tell you honestly whether Phuket suits it.
