The process

How planning a Phuket wedding with us works

Four stages, in order. Each one exists to make the next one accurate rather than optimistic.

01

Explore

Before any conversation, you should be able to answer three questions yourself.

What kind of ceremony you want, roughly how many people will come, and which part of the year you are considering. Everything else follows from those three answers, and this website exists to help you reach them without speaking to anyone.

  • Ceremony formats and what each one involves
  • How Phuket's seasons and sunset times shape the day
  • What genuinely drives the cost of a wedding here

02

Shape the wedding

A first conversation, then a working outline.

We talk through guest numbers, dates, ceremony style, and how you want the days around the wedding to run. If Phuket is the wrong choice for what you have described, we will say so at this point rather than later.

From that we build an outline: the type of venue that fits, the shape of the day, and the supplier categories involved.

  • Guest count and format settled first
  • Coast and venue type narrowed to a shortlist
  • Date checked against season, sunset and availability

03

Design and proposal

A guided design process, and then a written proposal you can read line by line.

You work through choices — venue, ceremony, food and drink, design, photography, film, music, transport — in a structured order, so that each decision is made with the ones it depends on already settled.

The result is a proposal with real quoted figures against every element, not a package with an asterisk.

  • Venue quotes obtained directly from the property
  • Supplier costs itemised by category
  • Clear separation between confirmed costs and estimates

04

Agreement and planning

Agreement, deposit, and a planning schedule with dates on it.

Once the proposal is agreed, planning runs to a schedule: contracts, payment stages, design sign-off, guest logistics, timeline, rehearsal and the wedding day itself.

On the day, the planning team runs the wedding. That is the point of all of the above.

  • Written agreement and payment schedule
  • Supplier contracts held and managed on your behalf
  • Detailed timeline issued to every supplier
  • On-site coordination on the wedding day

What we do not do

We do not publish package prices designed to look attractive and then move. We do not quote a venue before the property has quoted us. And we do not confirm a date that we cannot staff properly.

Start with a conversation

Tell us the date range, the rough guest count and what you have in mind. We will tell you what is realistic.
